Shipping policy

Please read Shipping Policy in its entirety to make sure you are aware of the timeline in which you will receive your purchase. Thank you. 

 ***Due to Covid-19 shipping times have been impacted. Shipping could take anywhere from one week to one month. The time it takes for USPS to ship the product is completely out of my hands; and I do apologize for the inconvenience this may cause you. I would however, suggest that if the item you want to purchase is time sensitive (i.e. gift) I would order it somewhat in advance due to the inconsistency with the mailing time. You will of course have a tracking number to be able to see where your package is to relieve some of the stress. Again I want to apologize that I’m unable to speed things up please feel free to email me with any questions. **** (those with the option to have your package delivered will not have to worry about this issue)********

 

Pre-Sale:

Pre-Sale dates will be set giving customers time to purchase items. After the time limit set for Pre-Sales are finished customers will no longer be able to place orders. Once inventory is received, orders will immediately be filled, processing time will be between 3-7 days and then shipped to customers. Customers will be notified the status of their order via email along with a tracking number as soon as the package ships. 

Regular Shipping:

All orders will be processed in 3-7 business days. (If there is any additional hold ups customers will be informed as soon as possible)

Customers will receive a confirmation email.

Mailing will be through USPS so buyer will be able to track the status of their purchase every step of the way. Tracking numbers will be sent via email. 

Please double check addresses for accuracy once package is sent there may not be a way from package to be retrieved.
