Refund policy

 

Return\Exchange Policy:

 Shopping online can be a bit of a hassle which is why I do my best to keep my customers informed. Customer will have 10 days to decide if returns for damaged items are necessary. 

  • Exchanges/Refunds are available for all damaged products, please email info@honeyandopal.net as soon as possible to have your issues resolved.
    • You may be asked to send proof of damages, it will then be decided whether or not a new item will be sent out.
    • For clothing that is the wrong size, items will need to be sent back in provided packaging in “like-new” condition to receive refund. (Refund will be issued once item is received please keep tracking numbers as I cannot be held liable for lost items).
  • Cancelation: If you should need to cancel your order please do so before your item has shipped and tracking number sent.
  • Users entering the wrong address for shipping will need to be corrected BEFORE the item is shipped. If not a extra shipping fee will be required since the item will be returned to sender and the shipped back out (per USPS UPS DHL policy).
    • Notebooks will be reprinted and reshipped as soon as the issues is reported (there will be a fee to re-ship the items).

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
